Child friendly villa with private pool and large garden near lac Sainte Croix

This villa is absolutely fantastic. Very big, very clean, large kitchen and everything works. Towels, blankets, baby beds, wifi and anything you might need is there and it's nicely decorated so you'll feel right at home. The big terras and playground was perfect for our 14 month old daughter. This place is perfect for groups and families but still cosy enough for a couple. Did I mention the swimming pool and jacuzzi? The house is situated on the edge of Artignosc on a small hill with a 360 degree view of the surrounding hills and forests. The village is small and very quite and within a minute you'll find yourself walking through nature. Artignosc itself is small, rustic, near a small lake and gorge and within half an hour drive from other very nice villages with lots of historical remnants from Roman times (fountains, townsquares, towers etc). Within 45 minutes you'll find yourself and the famous Gorges du Verdon, or as some say the French Grand Canyon (it is really the 2nd biggest canyon in the world!) From Artignosc it's a 1,5 hour drive to St. Maxime on the Cote d'Azur and I suggest you do that and add a day of beach fun to your peaceful stay. The first contact with the owner was very smooth and he was quick to reply to any question we had. He lives 200 meters down the road and will immediately come and solve any issue you might have. He also invited me and my family for a Sunday lunch with his beautiful family, which was a lot of fun, also because of the good food, wine and pastiche ) I you're up for quality time with friends or family I sincerely recommend this villa and it's owner!!

Schönes ruhiges Haus, in ansprechender Landschaft. Leider etwas abgelegen, zur Verdonschlucht ca. 1 1/2 Stunden, nächst größerer Ort 30 min. Basses gorges du verdon sind allerdings in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Nice quiet house in an attractive Landschaft.Leider somewhat remote, the Verdon Gorge about 1 1/2 hours, larger location next 30 minutes. Bass gorges du Verdon are however very close.

Geweldig vakantiehuis, gelegen op berg op ongeveer 1km. afstand van klein pitoresk slaapdorpje Artignosc sur Verdon. Het huid is in werkelijkheid stukken groter en luxer dan op de foto´s en omschrijving lijkt. Inventaris is ruimschoots en van goede kwaliteit aanwezig. Overig is allemaal kwalitatief goed. De locatie is prachtig. Uitkijkend vanuit je ligstoel aan het zwembad op de bergen van de Gorges du Verdon op de verre achtergrond. Zeer rustig gelegen en iets wat afgelegen, geen verkeersgeluiden enz. Voor hondenbezitters een perfecte locatie/omgeving. Er is genoeg waterverkoeling (zwembad en meer (ca. 15min. lopen)) en schaduw aanwezig. Het terrein is goed en volledig omheind met hekwerk van ca. 1,5 meter hoog. Veel privacy. Op ongeveer 8km afstand bevindt zich de eerste supermarkt. Tevens een mooie afwisselende omgeving waar je makkelijk met de auto bij vele bezienswaardigheden bent. Wij hebben er een topvakantie gehad en komen zeker weer terug!!!

Great holiday home, situated on a mountain about 1km. from small picturesque village sleeping Artignosc sur Verdon. The skin is actually much bigger and more luxurious than the photos and description appear. Inventory is ample and of good quality available. Other is all good quality. The location is wonderful. Looking out from your sunbed by the pool on the mountains of the Gorges du Verdon in the distant background. Very quiet and secluded something, no traffic noise, etc. For dog owners a perfect location / environment. There is plenty of cool water (pool and lake (approx. 15min. Walk)) and shade available. The grounds are well and fully fenced with a 1.5 meter high fence. Lots of privacy. At about 8km away is the first supermarket. Also a pretty diverse environment where you can easily by car to many attractions are. We had a top holiday and will definitely be back!

Prachtig huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Gelegen op zeer ruime kavel met mooi zwembad (vooral voor kinderen). Goed onderhouden en schoongehouden. Bedden zijn iets aan de korte kant voor lange mensen (boven de 1.90 mtr). Rustig gelegen maar veel voorzieningen (o.a. een goed gesorteerde Tabac)dicht in de buurt. Al met al een vijf sterren woning! Tip: Pizzeria/Restaurant La Remise in St Laurent sur Verdon: eenvoudig maar smakelijk met een prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Beautiful home, fully equipped. Located on a very large plot with beautiful swimming pool (especially for children). Well maintained and kept clean. Beds are a little on the short side for tall people (over 1.90 m). Quiet location but lots of amenities (including a well stocked Tabac) close. All in all a five star property! Tip: Pizzeria / Restaurant La Remise in St Laurent sur Verdon: simple but tasty with an excellent quality / price ratio.
