On arrival we found a very poorly cleaned villa. After having quite some difficulty to contact the responsable person, they sent back the cleaning lady, which clearly was not pleased with the situation. Maybe this is why things took the following turn at the end of our stay: on leaving we forgot some brand new clothes on the sofa. Back home we immediately sent an email to the local responsable who confirmed having found the lost items and promissed having them sent over to our home at our expense. Today, 9 months later, after having sent many more emails (only a few of which were answered), we still have not recovered our property. They also don´t bother for a while now to answer any our emails any more. This is nothing less than shameless theft. Appaling.
