Located in the centre of Predazzo, this five-bedroom cottage is a typical and beautiful 17th century farmhouse that has been completely restored but is authentic on the outside. Elegant, modern and refined interiors. A wonderful contrast with a mix of modern and antique.
A large living room has been created in the attic.
Ideal for a relaxing holiday for families with pets, the cottage has a private garden equipped with a barbecue.
There are numerous cable cars in the area for a nice walk in the mountains. In winter, you can enjoy the Val di Fiemme ski area. Restaurants and shops can be found nearby, just 300 metres away.
This accommodation is great for all seasons.
Various sports facilities are nearby: two indoor swimming pools, indoor tennis courts, archery, mini golf, fishing and an indoor ice rink. Summer is an opportunity for Nordic walking or hiking in the Dolomites and the Lagorai Mountains, or for discovering trails and forest roads by mountain bike.
In winter, Val di Fiemme is an excellent winter sports area with 110 km of ski slopes for skiers, snowboarders and cross-country skiers. There are a total of 5 ski schools.

Zeer ruim huis met voldoende badkamers en toiletten. De keuken is heel compleet uitgerust. En op de bovenste verdieping kan heerlijk gechild worden.

Eigentlich ein schönes Ferienhaus mitten im Centrum. Für neun Erwachsene aber sind die Schlafzimmer nicht geeignet. Das Einzelzimmer und das Zimmer mit den zwei Einzelbetten sind als Kinderzimmer geeignet, aber nicht für Erwachsene. Draußen im Garten ist die Sitzecke nicht benutzbar.

This is a nice house in the Predazzo. Even though the house is in the middle of Predazzo, it is very quiet. And it is nice to be within walking distance of a grocery store, a bakery, restaurants, etc. The area is absolutely beautiful. Ideal for hiking, biking in the summer.

We rented a home (Marzari) through Belvilla In Predazzo Italy and the home was by far more impressive in real life than the pictures. The owners of the property were extremely accommodating and assisted us instantly when we had questions. We would go back without hesitation.
