This beautiful villa is situated in an untouched region of Apecchio and enjoys access to a large communal garden with fig trees. There are 5 bedrooms for housing 15 people. Ideal for a large group of friends and families travelling together, the home has a bubble bath for relaxation. You'll have a large swimming pool with a separate bubble.
The villa is 5 kilometres from Apecchio, a village in the Apennine Mountains on the border between Le Marche and Umbria where you can get your daily groceries. The area's landscape is breathtaking, its meandering roads lead you from one amazing view to another. You can also visit a 38 meters long tunnel in the Furlo ravine that is over 2,000 years old.
The villa is cosy, with a typically Italian interior. Arrange a barbecue evening in the private garden which is well-furnished. The central heating will keep you warm indoors. Play on table tennis table or table football for fun and frolic.

Toller Pool, wunderschöne Aussicht, sehr sauberes Haus. Was uns fehlt: Küche nicht gut ausgestattet: kleiner Ofen, keine Ofenformen, keine Geräte wie Mixer, kein Pizzaofen.

Geweldig huis met een prachtige omgeving. Groot zwembad met peuterbadje aan waar de kinderen (en de volwassenen) van hebben genoten. Ook Apecchio zelf heeft zijn charmes leuk klein dorpje, kleine eenvoudige restaurantjes met heerlijk eten. Een echte aanrader!

Mooi gelegen vakantiehuis, je moet echter wel van katten houden, want die lopen daar rond en zijn gewend ook naar binnen te mogen.
