Nieuwvliet is one of the southernmost seaside resorts in the Netherlands, on the border with Belgium. The house is quietly located, directly near a bakery, bicycle rental, playground, restaurants and of course the beach! A visit to one of the historic cities of Bruges, Ghent or Knokke should definitely be on your agenda. But Cadzand itself also offers a lot of fun with many restaurants and terraces both in the village and on the beach. The beaches are one of the most beautiful beaches that the Netherlands has to offer. You can stroll or sunbathe or be active by taking a long walk on the beach or practicing water sports. In addition to the many walks, there are also many cycling routes that lead you along the coast, through the dune areas, over country roads to various characteristic villages. A visit to the Zwin is definitely worth it, it is a wadden region with a lot of flora and fauna, and therefore a true paradise for birds.
