Casa Poeta wordt overduidelijk als geldmachientje gebruikt. Alles in huis is gedateerd, keuken hopeloos oud, sanitair sorento blauw en bahama beige uit de jaren 70 en super goedkoop buiten meubilair, van die plastic zwiebel stoeltjes. Ligging is perfect, tuin zowel zonovergoten als schaduwrijk. ons advies, of verkopen (bijvoorbeeld aan ons) of vernieuwen!
