Belvilla by OYO Il Cerro

We spent 10 days in this villa in the Tuscan mountains and had an absolutely wonderful time. We were looking for a quiet place to relax with the opportunity to do daytrips to Florence and Lucca and to the beach. Our two dogs could be left alone in the huge, terraced garden, which was completely fenced in. The house is very spacy, with a large living room-dining room area and open kitchen. The best feature is the huge panorama terrace with a beautiful view over the valley and the georgious countryside. It's the last house in a quiet side street and there is only forest after that. Good food shops within 10 mins reach. If you need a big supermarket -- it's half an hour away, out of the mountains, in Pistoia. Our hosts were wonderful -- thank you again Carlo and Cinzia -- already getting in contact via Whatsapp while we were travelling to Italy and accompanying us throughout our holiday in the background, with many good suggestions for restaurants and sightseeing. Nothing was too much for them, we really appreciated their help a lot. So, if you look for a quiet mountain stay in a comfortable house and location, this is it! We would definitely go back.

Aankomst was heel hartelijk. Verhuurders stonden ons op te wachten. Accommodatie was gedateerd. Omgeving is heel mooi.

Arrival was very cordial. Landlords were waiting for us. Accommodation was dated. Environment is very beautiful.

De eigenaars hadden op voorhand zelf al contact opgenomen met ons. Dit vonden wij heel leuk, we voelden ons meteen welkom. Wanneer we aankwamen, stonden de eigenaars onmiddellijk klaar voor een heel gastvrije rondleiding. Ook onze hond werd enthousiast verwelkomd. De accommodatie ligt op een unieke locatie met een prachtig uitzicht. De locatie zelf is ideaal voor personen met een hond (genoeg ruimte in en en rond de vakantiewoning).

The owners had already contacted us beforehand. We liked this very much, we immediately felt welcome. When we arrived, the owners were immediately ready for a very hospitable tour. Our dog was also enthusiastically welcomed. The accommodation is in a unique location with a beautiful view. The location itself is ideal for people with a dog (enough space in and around the house).

Grosszügiges Haus mit viel Umschwung. Unkomplizierte Abläufe, sehr herzlich. Umgebung sehr ruhig.

trés bons attention la maison se trouve à 800m d'altitude et nécessite des pneus hiver jusqu'au 15 avril 18Kms de montée pour y accéder.

De eigenaars zijn heel toffe mensen , je kan er alles aan vragen , goede info gekregen als er in de buurt iets te doen was . Woning en tuin zijn top , heel rustig gelegen . Zeker een aanrader voor mensen met honden die van de rust houden , veel wandel mogelijkheden in de nabije buurt . Is een streek en zeker de woning waard om nog ooit eens terug te komen . Bravo aan de eigenaars , dikke pluim .

The owners are very nice people, you can ask everything, got good info if there was something to do in the neighborhood. Home and garden are top, very quiet. Definitely recommended for people with dogs who love tranquility, many hiking opportunities in the near neighborhood. Is a region and certainly worth the property to come back sometime. Bravo to the owners, big plume.
