The kitchen is well equipped with i.a. dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and in the dining room there is a warming wood stove. On the first floor there is also a bathroom with a shower and a living room with comfortable armchairs and a TV. On the second floor there is a large living room with TV, three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each. From the living room, a steep staircase leads up to a cozy sleeping loft with a double bed. The low ceiling height of 1.65 m enhances this cozy and cozy environment. The house has a fiber connection. On Sotenäset and in the surrounding area, there are several fishing and stonecutter communities with additional bathing areas as well as coastal paths and roads with a view of the Bohuslän archipelago. From Kungshamn you can take a taxi boat and visit the Hållö lighthouse or to Smögen and continue to experience archipelago life and the archipelago environment at the now world-famous jetty with bustling folk life, shops, restaurants and a variety of different boats. A nice choice for a day trip is a visit to Nordens Ark, a zoo where you can meet around 80 of the world's endangered animals. There, in beautiful nature, you get the opportunity to meet animals such as wolves, snow leopards or to come face to face with the world's largest feline, the Amur tiger. In Väjern there is also Tumlaren, Sotenäs municipality's swimming and wellness facility with gym, wellness and indoor swimming.
