The cottage also includes a slightly smaller guest cottage with a simpler standard, where there are two bunk beds, one of which is located in a very small room and may be best suited for children / young people. The house is intended for a maximum of 7 people, more people will be charged. Use only the bridge that is for the house (the one with the sofa that is below the house). There are also nice rocks for beautiful sunny days. Deeper bathing water here, so keep an eye on children. To the more child-friendly sandy beach it is about 300-400 meters along the path and by car about 1 km. The cottage area also has a nice football pitch, playground and frisbee golf in summer which you have access to. It is also possible to bring your own boat that can be launched at the small marina, there is a berth at the house's pier. There are also nice hiking trails and wonderful nature. You are close to both Oskarshamn and Västervik if you want to do day trips, here are shopping, restaurants and culture. There are also many gems closer by, such as the beautiful Mörtfors or Stensjö village, which is a cultural reserve where you can walk and enjoy animals and nature. You are close to "Glasriket" with several classic glassworks. Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby is a must for families with children. Virum's moose park is worth a visit, here you can really experience the moose up close.
