You live very idyllically with grazing cows and sheep in the pastures and walking distance to Rossö's nice swimming area with rocks, jetty, bathing ladder and jumping tower. You dispose of your own part of owner's large plot with lawn for play and games. Take the opportunity to hike in the nature reserve on Rossö. Here there are nice walking areas consisting of oak groves and meadows. The adjacent bay is a popular birdwatching spot with good chances of seeing both eagles and waders. Here are also excellent fishing waters for mackerel and trout. Experience the archipelago and the fishing villages around Orust. Take the ferry to them picturesque islands of Käringön and Gullholmen. Are you interested in shopping, you should not miss a visit to Göksäter with the bargain store Arvid Eriksson in only a few minutes by car. Summer in Orust offers many activities – festivals, kayaking, diving, fishing, play golf or just enjoy the silence and the beautiful nature. The owner has a garage in part of the stable building which is accessed from the yard side. The residential part has no visibility from the other buildings on the farm.
