Here much of the stable feel remains with stable stalls and untreated poured concrete floors in fine harmony with the personal interior details. The bar kitchen has a mini oven with two hotplates. Bright bedroom with open stable entrance (no door) and three single beds that function as sofas with pillows during the day. A perfect bedroom/living room for children and young people who want to live a little to themselves.

Upstairs is the spacious, bright living room with high ceilings and exposed beams. There is plenty of room for the whole family in both the sofa area and around the dining table. In a cozy alcove screened off with a curtain there is a comfortable double bed.

You live very idyllically with grazing cows and sheep in the pastures and walking distance to Rossö's beautiful swimming area with cliffs, jetty, swimming stairs and diving tower. Take the opportunity to hike in the nature reserve on Rossö. Here there are nice walking areas consisting of oak groves and pastures. The adjacent bay is a popular birdwatching spot with good chances of seeing both eagles and wading birds. There is also excellent fishing water for mackerel and trout, among others.

Experience the archipelago and fishing villages around Orust. Take the ferry to the picturesque islands of Käringön and Gullholmen. If you are interested in shopping, don't miss a visit to Göksäter with the bargain department store Arvid Eriksson, just a few minutes away by car. Summer on Orust offers many activities - festivals, kayaking, diving, fishing, playing golf or just enjoying the peace and quiet and the beautiful nature. The owner has a garage in part of the stable building that is accessed from the farm side. The residential part has no view from the other buildings on the farm. A small road with very little traffic passes in front of the house.
