The bathroom is spacious with shower and washing machine. With exit from the kitchen and living room there is a terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture and barbecue. The patio opens onto a smaller green area and the cottage is framed by apple trees and lush bushes. There is plenty of space on the lawn around the cottage for your activities and a protective fence facing the street. The cottage is not rented to youth groups. In Träslövsläge with its idyllic harbor there is a restaurant, pizzeria, snack bar, mini golf and the very well-visited ice cream parlor Tre Toppar where people are happy to queue up to buy the good ice cream. There is also a nice beach. Just south of is Galtabäck's small harbor and its nice boat museum. Varberg is a real summer town with a throng of people, taverns, cafes and dance venues, everything that belongs to a summer city. The massive Varberg Fortress guards the entrance to the harbor and is visible from afar. Go on a walking tour down into the bastions and kasematts, follow along from the 1200s to our own time. If you go south, you will soon reach the nice summer town of Falkenberg with its fine selection of cafes, shops and restaurants. There is also the fantastic long sandy beach at Skrea. Another nice excursion destination is Åkulla beech forests and for those who are technically interested, it is not far to the World Heritage Grimeton. For those interested in golf, there are several nice golf courses nearby, the closest is Varbergs Gk, the western course.
