Welcome to a charming accommodation close to the lake for a cool swim. Lake Torstholmen is only 4 minutes walking distance from the cottage where your own small rowing boat is waiting and which is part of the house. The accommodation is perfect for a family with children or a larger group who want proximity to swimming, beautiful nature and where you can also live alone. The garden is lush and embeds the plot beautifully. The plot is large and invites to play.
A short walk away you will reach the lake with its own small jetty and boat. Here is also "Ätradalsleden", a fantastically nice bike path. This is stage 3 of a total of 4 so feel free to bring bikes and enjoy beautiful nature.
You are welcomed to a large plot with the main house directly in front and the guest house next to it. On the gable side is a large and conservatory with comfortable furniture where you can have all the good meals in the summer. The house has an open floor plan where the kitchen, dining area and living room are integrated into one. Directly to the left of the entrance is the kitchen area with stove, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. Here is most of what you may need.
To the right you will find a dining area for at least 6 people. In the living room is a stove that warms plenty of chilly evenings. smart-TV with armchairs and a sofa bed is next door. From the living room you go straight out to the lovely spacious conservatory.
Next to the kitchen is the bedroom with a double bed 180cm and next door is a bright bathroom which is fully tiled with shower / wc and washing machine. The house is tastefully decorated with warm and cozy style.
The guest house is located behind the main house and has its own small terrace. You enter the side of the cottage and there are two single beds. Bathroom with toilet / shower is in the second door. Perfect for those who have older children or a company that wants to be by themselves.
In the area there are fish-rich watercourses, many lakes where fishing licenses are required. You have everything you need for a fantastic holiday here in the house with its own jetty and boat. Not far away is Påarp's farm which has a restaurant, café, canoe rental and football golf. You only have 55km to High Chaparral, or 110km to Liseberg, or maybe a little shopping with a little over 40km to Gekås in Ullared. There are more houses in the same area if you are a larger company that wants to book houses close to each other. If you like to walk and wander in nature to pick the season's berries and mushrooms, there are many nice places. It's absolutely amazing. Welcome!
