Prima vakantie gehad. Huisje was opgeruimd, bedden comfortabel en de overige inrichting in overeenstemming met de verwachtingen gezien de prijs. Onze gastheer en Dame waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en zeer benaderbaar. Een van de grote nadelen in Zwitserland is dat je overal extra voor moet betalen. Stroom, afval, toeristenbeslasting, burgerpass etc. etc. Dat je afval scheidt is niet Meer dan logisch. Dat je dan vervolgens zelf ergens in het dorp moet gaan wegbrengen dan weer wat minder. Een onaangename verassing was de eindafrekening ruim CHF600. Bijna 30% extra op het aanvankelijke bedrag. Ruim de helft hiervan ging op aan de zogenaamde Burgerpass. Geen Idee wat daar het doel van is, maar het is een behoorlijke kostenpost die voor aardig wat erger zorde. Het enige wat je er in de winter mee kunt is reizen met de bus in het Saas-tal. Duur busabbo dus. Dus ondanks dat we als Familie een heerlijke vakantie hebben gehad zullen we niet snel Meer terug naar Saas-Balen gaan. De prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding ligt daarvoor toch wat teveel uit het lood.
