Arriving at the Hotel to check in there were no details of our booking on the hotel system.
We then spent 45 minutes with the help of the Hotel Supervisor trying to sort it out and contacted Belvilla which was not as smooth as it should have been.
There seems to be a disconnect between Belvilla and Oyo. It needs to be sorted out.
