Het verblijf was goed! Goede ligging! Alleen de service van Belvilla is ongelooflijk slecht. Niemand aanwezig bij de check in, niemand gezien tijdens verblijf of check out en we wachten na 12 weken nog steeds op het terug storten van onze borg. Wij boeken NOOIT meer via Belvilla

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in diesem Ferienhaus, Es war sauber, gemütlich und hatte alles, was wir brauchten, Die Küche war voll ausgestattet, was das Kochen für unsere Gruppe zum Kinderspiel machte, Die Nähe zu den Krimml-Wasserfällen war eine schöne Überraschung und wir genossen die malerischen Wanderungen in der Nähe, Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und ließ uns willkommen fühlen, Eine großartige Wahl für einen entspannten Urlaub!

Die Lage ist ideal für Winter- und Sommeraktivitäten, Wir hatten leicht Zugang zum Ski-Bus, und die nahegelegenen Wasserfälle waren ein Höhepunkt unserer Reise, Würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Notre séjour dans la maison de vacances luxueuse à Krimml a été tout simplement incroyable ! Le salon spacieux était parfait pour notre groupe de 12, et nous avons adoré nous rassembler autour de la cheminée le soir, Le sauna était un ajout fantastique après une longue journée sur les pistes, L'emplacement est idéal, à quelques pas du ski-bus, ce qui facilite l'accès à la Zillertal Arena, Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour les familles ou les grands groupes !

The house is nice and large with plenty of modern fitted bathrooms. The kitchen is large with a great induction plate. The beds are lovely. The fridge could have been a little bigger for a house for 16 people. Certainly the freezer compartment is very small. Outside also a nice terrace and garden. A disadvantage are the church bells next to the house, which make a terrible noise of a few minutes at six o'clock in the morning, waking everyone up. The municipality of Krimml should do something about this. Tip: make lighting at the bbq outside.

Detta semesterhus är en hel vibe, Rymlig och supermysig, perfekt för att chilla med vänner eller familj, Bastun är fantastisk efter en lång dag på skidbackarna, Dessutom, utsikten från balkongen? Helt fantastisk, 10/10 skulle rekommendera

Das Haus ist echt klasse, gut ausgestattet und reichlich Platz. Leider war es nicht wirklich sauber, bei der Ankunft. An den Spiegeln war noch die Zahnpasta von den vorherigen Mietern. Wir waren zu 11 und haben das Haus wegen den 6 Schlafzimmern gebucht, jedoch war eines der Zimmer abgeschlossen und die Betten waren nur für 11 Personen bezogen. Wir mussten dann 2 Betten abziehen und die andern neu beziehen. Des Weiteren gab es keinerlei Einweisung in die Wohnung bez. die Küche oder sonstigem. Die Gästekarte gilt zum Beispiel auch für die Wasserfälle, die wären dann umsonst. Ebenso das Schwimmbad in Krimml ist auch umsonst. Aber ohne wirkliche Info. Mit Frau Hofer hatte ich nur telefonisch Kontakt, was auch nicht immer zuvorkommend war sonder eher schroff. Fazit: das Haus ist gut, jedoch nervt die Kirchenglocke doch recht schön. Da geht morgens um 6 Uhr der Punk ab. Daher werden wir dieses Haus nicht mehr buchen.

The house is really great, well equipped and plenty of space. Unfortunately it wasn't really clean upon arrival. The toothpaste from the previous tenants was still on the mirrors. There were 11 of us and we booked the house because of the 6 bedrooms, but one of the rooms was locked and the beds were only made for 11 people. We then had to remove 2 beds and cover the others with new ones. Furthermore, there was no instruction in the apartment or the kitchen or anything else. The guest card is also valid for the waterfalls, for example, which would then be free. The swimming pool in Krimml is also free. But without any real info. I only had contact with Ms. Hofer by phone, which wasn't always courteous, but rather harsh. Conclusion: the house is good, but the church bell is really annoying. That's where the punk rocks at 6 a.m. in the morning. Therefore we will not book this house again.

Et perfekt tilfluktssted for familien vår! Soverommene var romslige og komfortable, Vi satte pris på å ha flere bad - gjorde morgener mye lettere!

Ligging van het huis is perfect (met de kerkklok als wekker 🙂) in het centrum van het dorpje. Uitvalsplek voor veel activiteiten. Lekker luxe met goede beddengoed, mooie badkamers, ruime sauna en een gezellige keuken. Zeker een aanrader.

The location of the house is perfect (with the church clock as an alarm clock 🙂) in the center of the village. Starting point for many activities. Nice and luxurious with good bedding, nice bathrooms, spacious sauna and a cozy kitchen. Highly recommended.

Alles was prima in orde. Waren in 2019 ook al in dit huis. Sinds 2000 komen wij in Krimml dus de omgeving en de skipistes bevallen ons ook zeer goed.

Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum für große Reisegruppen. Mit seinen 4 Etagen bietet das Ferienhaus ausreichend Zimmer sowie Bäder für bis zu 16 Erwachsene. Der Skikeller sowie die Sauna sind ebenfalls für größere Gruppen ausgelegt. Die Ausstattung ist modern und sehr ansprechend. Das Ferienhaus liegt unmittelbar an einem Skiverleih (Lachmayer 2000), welcher ebenso in Hochkrimml ansässig ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur einen Schneeballwurf entfernt. Der Skibus fährt 15 Min. nach Hochkrimml und ist 1 min fußläufig zu erreichen.

Accommodation is a dream for large tour groups. With its 4 floors, the holiday home offers enough rooms and bathrooms for up to 16 adults. The ski cellar and the sauna are also designed for larger groups. The decor is modern and very appealing. The house is located directly at a ski rental (Lachmayer 2000), which is also located in Hochkrimml. Shops are just a snowball throw away. The ski bus runs 15 minutes to Hochkrimml and can be reached on foot in 1 minute.

Semesterhuset är vackert beläget och mycket tyst, perfekt för en avkopplande semester, Vi älskade bastun och balkongens utsikt, Skulle gärna återvända!
