Huisnr 49 is de linker helft van een vakantiewoning in een bosrijke omgeving. Het verblijf is prima voor een (lang) weekend of midweek voor een gezin met 2 kinderen. Langer verblijf of met meer mensen is sterk af te raden. Hoewel het technisch plaats biedt aan 6 slaapplaatsen is de indeling onpraktisch, de ventilatie niet optimaal en onvoldoende natuurlijk licht. Helaas beschikt het Belvilla park niet over de beloofde wasruimte waardoor het gehuurde beddengoed niet kan worden gewassen. De locatie zou in een rustige omgeving zijn echter wanneer de naastgelegen woning wordt verbouwd en je wakker wordt van het geluid van plavuizen slijpen is het vakantiegevoel weg. Wij komen hier dus niet meer terug.
