On a 1000 sqm plot on a hillside and with sea views on the Omis Riviera. The former fishing village of Nemira is quiet, a few hundred meters below the coastal road and is ideal for those looking for peace and relaxation. On request, half-board (buffet breakfast and 3-course dinner, for a fee) can be booked in the restaurant 200m away. Nemira is a small suburb about 2 km south of Omis town. The center of Omis is right at the mouth of the Cetina. The popular holiday resort is known above all for its long beaches, which are ideal for relaxation and active holidays with numerous water sports. Numerous restaurants, cafés and bars invite you to linger along the promenade, as well as boutiques and souvenir shops to stroll around. You spend your holiday in the heart of Dalmatia, between the metropolis of Split and the well-known holiday resort of Makarska.

Activities nearby: A stay in Omis also includes a trip to the beautiful valley the Cetina. The hikes from Omis lead either in the vicinity to the fortress or a little further away to the mountain Sveti Jure.

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in Appartement Ivan, Het was gezellig en schoon, precies wat we nodig hadden na lange dagen van verkenning, Het balkon was onze favoriete plek, perfect voor ochtendkoffie en avondzonsondergangen, De hosts waren vriendelijk, en het restaurant in de buurt had heerlijke maaltijden, Het enige nadeel was dat de WiFi soms een beetje traag was, maar eerlijk gezegd maakten we ons daar niet veel zorgen over, We zouden hier zeker weer verblijven!

Vårt opphold på Appartement Ivan var virkelig herlig! Beliggenheten var perfekt, skjult på en høyde med fantastisk havutsikt, Vi elsket å nyte morgenkaffen vår på balkongen, og suge til oss den fredelige atmosfæren i Nemira, Selve leiligheten var romslig og godt utstyrt, noe som gjorde at det føltes som et hjem borte fra hjemmet, De nærliggende strendene i Omis var bare en kort kjøretur unna, perfekt for en dag med sol og moro, Vi kommer definitivt tilbake!
