Offering a beautiful private pool and terrace, Villa Dalmatian Gem is a self-catering accommodation located in Palje Brdo, quite little place in Konavle Region, approximately 35 km from Dubrovnik.
This beautiful two-bedroom villa features swimming pool, equipped kitchen with dining area, living room and two private bathrooms.
The villa will provide you with lovely furnished, private terrace with sunbeds next to the swimming pool, as well as the outdoor BBQ facilities.
With private entrance, accommodation is situated on the first floor of the family house, so you can enjoy total privacy. The owners live on the ground floor and they will be at your disposal for anything you may need.
Free private parking is available on site, just in front of the property. Washing machine, ironing facilities and a hair-dryer are also at guests disposal.
Luggage storage before check in is available.

La Villa 10/,10 nous espérons revenir ici à l',avenir !Pavo est un hôte incroyablement accueillant et très généreux, Toujours à nous saluer avec le sourire et nous a donné beaucoup de conseils et de recommandations, Il nous a offert à notre arrivée de la pastèque, du vin blanc maison et de l',huile d',olive, \r\nLa villa est vraiment bien conçue et très bien équipée avec des équipements de cuisine (+ sacs poubelles, liquide vaisselle, pastilles de lave-vaisselle, épices ect,,,), lave-linge, télé, cafetière, Il y a également un espace extérieur avec coin repas couvert avec tout le nécessaire (barbecue, ustensiles, spray moustiques,,,) et une piscine, LâEmplacement est paradisiaque au milieu dâune vallée entourée de montagnes, Une vue imprenable tout autour - vraiment paisible, Superbes couchers de soleil depuis le balcon arrière donnant sur la campagne boisée, \r\nA proximité de Dubrovnik, de petits villages comme Mlini, Molunat et Cavtat, et à seulement 5 km de la frontière du Monténégro, ce qui est idéal pour une excursion d',une journée, \r\nLa Villa 10/,10 nous espérons revenir ici à l',avenir !

The villa was fabulous - spotlessly clean and modern, with small, well-equipped kitchen, spacious living area, TV, two good double bedrooms with very good a/c and two bathrooms, one with hairdryer and one with very useful washing machine! The furnishings all seemed new, beds were comfortable and WIFI worked quite well, The pool was fantastic and the mountain views from the terrace and the balconies off the bedrooms were beautiful, It is a lovely peaceful location and a very good base to explore southern Croatia and Dubrovnik, The owner, Pavo, who lives downstairs was wonderful - a really fantastic host who made us very welcome and offered lots of advice on places to visit, Overall, a fantastic little villa that we would definitely recommend!
