Luxurious architect-designed holiday home, partially renovated in 2024, with panoramic views of the Limfjord, both inside and out, with large 6-person outdoor spa and 2-person indoor spa, etc. located just 350 meters from the fjord with child-friendly beach. The house has new air conditioning in all bedrooms. The house's multi-room (annex) is an experience in itself, with many hours of entertainment for both children and adults, including activities such as billiards, table football, air hockey (turntable version) and electronic darts. There is a “movie theater” with a large TV and surround sound system where you can stream your own TV services etc. There is also a sofa bed with room for 2 people. The cottage is energy-friendly with 2 heat pumps (air/air), allowing for lower consumption. There is also a charger for electric cars. The cottage is bright and welcoming and oozes quality. The house is practically furnished with a combined kitchen/living room/living room. The quality kitchen includes a ceramic hob, extractor hood, separate oven with grill, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge/freezer.
