Vacation home with whirlpool and sauna for relaxing hours. Located on a 1,600 m² lawn property, surrounded by protective trees. The vacation home area is quiet and only a few hundred meters from the coast at Hvalpsund. The very spacious vacation home has open ceilings up to the ridge in numerous rooms. The living room is equipped with comfortable furniture, a dining area, a wood-burning stove, a flat-screen TV with German channels, among others, and free WiFi. The kitchen is open to the living room and features a ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, extractor hood, and dishwasher, among other amenities. The sleeping accommodations in the house are divided between three bedrooms; two rooms have double beds measuring 160x200 cm and 140x200 cm respectively. The third bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower and a washing machine. At the end of the driveway, the owner's caravan is parked in summer, but its use is not included in the rental price! The terrace wraps around three sides of the house, so you can always find sun or shade. The terrace area in front of the living room is covered. Hvalpsund is an area with a cozy marina and several good restaurants, as well as a beautiful 18-hole golf course. No rentals to youth or tradesmen groups!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Geboekt via Belvilla maar uiteindelijk bleek de Deense organisatie Belvilla de uiteindelijke verhuurder te zijn. Bij aankomst was het huisje niet echt schoon te noemen, er lag zelfs een zak beschimmelde wortels in de koelkast. Bij het openen van de informatiemap blijkt de eerste pagina een lijst met geboden en verboden te zijn, inclusief boetebedragen indien niet correct opgevolgd. Verder moest er onverwacht een ‘Safety deposit’ worden voldaan van een fors bedrag, waarmee water, elektra en de eventuele boetes worden verrekend. De terugbetaling laat inmiddels al bijna 4 weken op zich wachten. Al met al ervaarden wij hier dus niet de Deense gemoedelijkheid die we op andere plekken altijd ervaren. Voor ons reden om niet meer voor Belvilla, Daniel Belvilla te kiezen maar toch weer te kiezen voor persoonlijke verhuurders op AirBnb.

Een heel mooi huis. Goed onderhouden. Ruime tuin. Alles wat je denkt nodig te hebben is aanwezig. Mooie en rustige omgeving. Veel ondernomen. Op het eind van het ‘schiereiland Hvalpsund’ zijn mooie wandelingen te doen. Wij hadden het idee dat het een vrijstaand huis was; het blijkt op een vakantiepark te staan dat zeer royaal van opzet is. De verwachte rust was aanwezig!
