The house was fine but a few days before going to Danmark, Belville hands it over to Belvilla, that is not what you expact, because Belvilla doesn`t let you know this in front. When you agree to do your own cleaning at the end, it`s an option you can take, Belvilla never agrees with the proper cleaning. They send you a bill and are very unfriendly and menacing in there communication ( see reviews Belvilla trust pilot). When you file a complane by Belvilla at this, they don`t response. We will never book a holiday trough Belvilla again.
