The house is big enough for 10 guests, has a well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and it s very close to the sea (50 m), There is a pathway for walking and or running, the garden is lovely with many trees and you have everything for a good barbecue, The city centre is 15 minutes walk, There is also a playground 1 km from the house, The fireplace is a plus for the cold days,
