The cottage is located in the holiday village of Hou in North Jutland, surrounded by beautiful natural surroundings, a short distance from the most beautiful sandy beach and the cozy harbor environment that Hou has to offer. In addition, there are good shopping opportunities and restaurants nearby, as well as a good golf course.The cottage comes with free access to a shared pool and sauna, which is shared with 10 other houses in the area. The holiday home invites you to enjoy a wonderful holiday, and you can feel it from the moment you step through the door, where the modern and bright interior creates the perfect setting for relaxation and togetherness. At the same time, the rooms are well laid out and simply work. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, all with double beds, and with room for a total of 6 people. There is also a bathroom with a spa bath for 2 people, a shower, and a washing machine. The cottage has a lovely large, open living room with access to the kitchen, where you can enjoy cooking and cozy family moments. In the living room, you will find a sofa arrangement with a Smart TV with Chromecast. The house is also equipped with a high-speed 1000/1000 internet connection. Adjacent to the living room is a covered terrace with both a gas and charcoal grill. As long as the weather permits, you can enjoy cozy evenings outdoors, regardless of the weather. In the shed, you will find two bicycles for adults and two for children, which you are welcome to use if you wish. There are also two sun loungers for relaxing in the garden. The house does not allow youth groups or groups of tradespeople.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
