Lovely summer house with swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna located just 350 meters from the water on Rømø.The spacious cottage is perfect for enjoying a vacation with the whole family. It can accommodate up to 18 people, who can enjoy a well-deserved vacation in the house with a wealth of activities, cozy surroundings, and essential room distribution for several families. In the cottage's own pool area, with extra seating, you will find swimming opportunities regardless of the season. The cottage's pool measures 17 m2 and is equipped with Roman steps. The feeling of wellness continues outdoors, where there is both a lovely hot tub and an outdoor sauna – so you can also enjoy a relaxing dip outside. The cozy activity room is also ready for hours of fun when the whole family wants to compete in various activities. Here you will find billiards, table tennis, table football, and darts – and there is also room for spectators! In addition, you will find a cozy TV corner with PlayStation4 and the opportunity to relax with a good movie. In the middle of the cottage, you will find the well-equipped kitchen, where large family dinners can be easily cooked. When it's time to enjoy dinner, the whole family can sit down at the table in the kitchen – there is, of course, room for the whole gang. On cool days, you can light the wood-burning stove in the living room while enjoying a good movie on the sofa. If the weather is good, the partially covered terrace also offers activities and cosiness. Here you will find garden furniture and a barbecue, as well as an in-ground trampoline in the garden for the children to enjoy (use at your own risk/insurance). The cottage has two sleeping areas with adjoining bathrooms. In total, the cottage has seven bedrooms. In addition, there are four sleeping places in one of the cottage's two lofts. Et super fint hus med masser af plads til hygge, Det var dig en byggeplads og jeg kan ikke forstå man vil tage fuld pris for et hus der er midt i et byggerod, Måske også det ville være en god ide at oplyse kunderne om det, især mår de selv spørger ind til området og omgivelserne, Men når området er færdigbygget og husene er færdige syntes jeg det er et dejligt hus, Det kunne være godt hvis der var pudset vinduer når der er store panorama vinduer man ikke kan se ud af, virker hele huset lidt snusket selv om det er pænt rent indenvendigt, Vi blev enige om at de ikke var blevet vasket/pudset siden opførelse af huset, Havde man selv valgt at rengøre huset var det et krav at de skulle være pudset, så det giver ingen mening at det ikke er det når man betaler for rengøring,

Es war alles noch neu und unverbraucht, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, großzügige Ausstattung der Küche, viele Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten mit Tischkicker, Billardtisch, Pool, Garten, Fernsehecke, etc,,,
