Lage im Segelschiffhafen, Aussicht (Ferienwohnung in erster Etage), Nähe zur Stadt und Hafen, Parkplatz vorm Haus, helle Räume / weniger gut: ständig muffiger Geruch in einem Bad durch Abflussrohr, Kühlschrank ist im Dauerkühlmodus und schaltet selbst auf kleinster Stufe nicht ab, so dass Gemüse gefriert im Gemüsefach (Achtung dadurch erhöhter Stromverbrauch), Stöpsel vom Küchenwaschbecken fehlt (Ersatz Plasteeinsatz fürs Waschbecken)

Location in the sailing ship harbor, view (holiday apartment on the first floor), close to the city and harbor, parking space in front of the house, bright rooms / less good: constant musty smell in one bathroom due to drain pipe, refrigerator is in permanent cooling mode and does not switch off even on the lowest setting, so that vegetables freeze in the vegetable compartment (be careful, this increases power consumption), plug from the kitchen sink is missing (replacement plastic insert for the sink)
