Les Terrasses de l'Océan lies in a beautiful peaceful location, 300 m from the sandy beach near the charming harbour town of Audierne (approx. 800 m) in the south of Finistère. It consists of two buildings with two floors each; there is no lift.
The grounds accommodate a reception and a heated outdoor swimming pool with a children's pool (open depending on the weather from April to September). There are also sun decks with loungers offering stunning ocean views. There are washing and drying machines (for a fee).

This attractive residence is beautifully situated on the jagged Breton coast near the town of Audierne, between Quimper and La Pointe du Raz.
This region of Brittany is called Finistère and offers many opportunities for fun outings, such as to the Glénan archipelago, the lively Pont-Aven, or the historic centre of the city of Quimper. A visit to the picturesque centre of the walled village of Concarneau and a walk over the centuries-old city wall is a must.
Sports enthusiasts have also come to the right place here; there are many water sports possibilities, golf courses and famous hiking trails along the coast (Le Sentier Des Douaniers). Of course there are picturesque fishing villages where you can enjoy the most delicious 'Fruits-de-Mer' dishes.
