It has a fine location, near Pézenas and 30 minutes from the sea, in the Hérault. After a beautiful renovation, it serves today as a holiday home. The residence is located in the heart of a small village in the Hérault, 13 km from the historic village of Pézenas. It is surrounded by vineyards, garrigue (characteristic of the area) and pine trees. The property is just 27 km from the beautiful village of St Guilhem le Désert, and also very close to the Gorges du Gardon. Mediterranean beaches are just 30 km away, at Cap d'Agde and Marseillan. The owner of this family house, which was once part of a wine estate, has lovingly renovated the building and transformed it into a bright, spacious and luxurious holiday home. It is tastefully and traditionally decorated with lots of stone and wood. Moreover, it offers breathtaking views of nature, especially from the large roof terrace. During the warmer months, you can enjoy the lovely swimming pool, or a good book in the shade of the large covered terrace. <br><b> Optional Utilities & Service Package </b><br><b> An optional utilities and service package of EUR 300,00 </b> can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.<br>This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.<br>Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

We hebben met het hele gezin (12 personen) twee weken echt genoten van ons verblijf in deze prachtige ruime villa! Onze al hoge verwachtingen op basis van de foto's op de site werden nog overtroffen. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de attente eigenaar, die ook de nodige informatie over de omgeving verschafte. Het mooi ingerichte huis ligt in een klein dorp, dat is omgeven door wijnvelden. De stranden van Marseillan-plage en Cap dAgde liggen op 40 minuten rijden, wat voor ons geen bezwaar was. Er zijn leuke uitstapjes in de buurt, maar bij het heerlijke zwembad en op het grote terras is het ook prima vertoeven. Het comfortabele huis is smaakvol en met aandacht voor details ingericht en ook de keukeninventaris was heel compleet. De enige opmerking die we kunnen maken is dat het in deze warme periode 's nachts wel erg warm was in huis. Het is daarom belangrijk om de instructies rondom sluiten van de luiken en ramen als de zon op het huis staat, goed op de volgen. Los daarvan een fantastisch verblijf! Echt een aanrader, waar wij graag nog een keer terugkeren!
