The accommodation is extremely clean and accurately described, The location is ideal, However, there was a very intense odor in one of the bedrooms, It was so potent that with the door open, one could not walk past the hallway without detecting it, It resembled the scent of human sweat, Despite our best efforts, we were unable to pinpoint the source of the odor, We chose not to bring it to Jeffrey's attention (to be fair) since we arrived very late and were exhausted, Apart from this issue, the apartment is flawless, Please note that there is only one toilet and 2 showers (one in each bedroom),

The flat was perfect for our large family, it became a bit warm, which is normal in the hot season, but the stay was smooth and close to everything we wanted to do, I would definitely recommend it, There is no lift, so be ready to carry the bags upstairs, but again, this is common in most places I have rented in Europe, so overall, a fantastic stay

Die Lage ist super, nur ein paar Schritte von der Einkaufsstraße in Cannes und dem Strand entfernt, Die Wohnung ist wirklich gut ausgestattet und hat all unsere Wünsche erfüllt, Einziges Problem war ein Obdachloser im Treppenhaus, der dort geschlafen hat, Offenbar hatte jemand die Eingangstür nicht richtig verschlossen, sodass er reinkommen konnte, Wir haben mehrmals die Polizei gerufen, aber leider waren sie nicht daran interessiert, uns zu helfen, Mit unserem Gepäck kamen wir nicht an ihm vorbei, was ziemlich ärgerlich war, Schließlich hat uns ein Passant und Nachbar geholfen, als wir ihn darum baten, mit dem Obdachlosen zu sprechen, Als wir erneut die Polizei neben dem Obdachlosen anriefen, hatte er genug und verließ das Gebäude, Wir haben immer darauf geachtet, die Eingangstür ordnungsgemäß zu schließen, damit niemand mehr reinkommen konnte, Leider war die Wohnung etwas verschmutzt aufgrund der Baustelle im Gebäude, Ich habe den Besitzer informiert, der am nächsten Tag sofort jemanden vorbeigeschickt hat,

The flat is perfect for a group of friends or a small family, The shared living room and kitchen are spacious and equipped with all the necessary facilities, The Croisette is only a 5-minute walk away, while the Palais is just 10 minutes away, making it an ideal location for festival-goers,

Very beautiful and very well located apartment, The reception was very friendly and the apartment was very clean too! Great service, One small downside is that there was no emergency number (we had a small mishap with the key), The parking garage is one street away (very narrow), otherwise you may be lucky and find a parking space in front of the apartment, Highly recommended for families with children,
