This fine terrain with beautiful, detached villas in the characteristic style of the area 'Les Landes', located directly along the Atlantic Ocean, in the middle of the fir woods of 'Les Landes' and along the famous golf course 'golf de Moliets'. The villas are within approximately 800m from the 'Club House du Golf', the tennis courts and the hotel, restaurant and bar where you are more than welcome. The gardens, big swimming pool and the childrens playground are for the guests. The beached are easily reachable within 1,2 km of the cycling paths which are situated along the golf course.
The villas are along the course, in the neighbourhood of the no.2 hole and at the lake 'Etang de Laprade'. Biarritz, St-Jean-de-Luz, Hendaye (Spanish border) located within 1 hours drive.

De villa is vergane glorie indien men niet dringend start met renovatie en is afschuwelijk slecht uitgerust betreft keukenmatreiaal.

De geboekte accomodatie is niet conform . Op de boeking zijn er 4 badkamers voorzienen 4 toiletten . Er zijn er maar 3 badkamers en 3 toiletten . De villa is vuil , vooral de buitenkant ( muren en vensters ) . De tafel is maximum 6 personen . Uw plaatselijke verantwoordelijke ( Mada Vacance ) bevestigt dat de geboekte accomodatie van Belvilla niet bestaat . Wij hebben te veel betaald . Wij vragen dan ook een compensatie voor de geleden schade .

Het huisje was tiptop in orde en helemaal klaar toen we binnenkwamen. Dat gaf ons het gevoel dat we zeer welkom waren. Het is een rustig domein. Die goed wordt onderhouden.

Het huisje en het zwembad beantwoordden helemaal aan onze verwachtingen. We hadden het zelfs kleiner ingeschat dus dat was een leuke verrassing. Er waren genoeg badkamers en wc's waardoor er nooit problemen ontstonden. Er is heel veel privacy in de tuin en deze ligt vlak naast het bos wat heel gezellig en leuk is. Het was echt heel goed.
