Een mooi appartement, voorzien van alle gemakken. Groot genoeg voor een stel met 1 of 2 kinderen. De ontvangst is soepel en hartelijk. Je hebt een eigen parkeerplaats onder het appartement. Zwembad, tennisbaan en jeu de boules mag je gebruiken. Vanwege de mooie ligging ben je snel op het strand of in het oude centrum van Nice. En met het, bijna altijd, mooie weer is dit een superleuk plekje!

Goed uitgerust appartement met mooi uitzicht op zee en vliegveld. Parkeergarage onder gebouw, zwembad, tennisbaan en restaurant op eigen complex. Complex afgesloten van openbare weg, bewaking 24/7 aanwezig.

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour. L appartement était parfaitement équipé, et bien situé. La propriétaire est à l écoute et disponible. Nous sommes très satisfait. Merci.

Wij hadden als jong koppel een geweldig verblijf in dit appartement te Nice. We werden zeer vriendelijk onthaald door de eigenaars, die enorm hun best deden om met ons in het Engels te communiceren. Het appartement was kraaknet en van alle comfort voorzien. Je hebt twee terrassen waarvan eentje een prachtig uitzicht biedt op de zee. Ook vanuit de keuken heb je nog eens een groot raam met zeezicht. Je kan gebruik maken van een parkeerplaats bij het appartement en het gemeenschappelijk zwembad. Er is ook een brasserie op het domein, waar je prijs-kwaliteit zeer lekker kan eten en waar ze eveneens zeer vriendelijk zijn. De boulevard, bakker, restaurantjes, supermarkten... zijn op wandelafstand. Wij hadden kortom een topverblijf die we zeker aanraden!
