Propre, bien équipé, bonne situation: 15 minutes du Louvre, 2 minutes du métro, 20 minutes à pied de la gare du Nord, de l'opéra et de la Galerie Lafayette, br/Dans le quartier, il y a plein de théâtres, y compris pour les enfants, ce qui était très utile pour nous, nous en avons visité 2, Magnifique, merci! Reasonably priced studio apartment in a fantastic location - although a bit noisy during the night, Excellent access to most tourist attractions, we discovered that subway line 4 practically took us everywhere we desired to visit, The inside of the apartment was tidy and attractively furnished, although lacking a few small items, Perhaps more suitable for 2 people rather than 3, as there were only 2 seats for the bar table and the space was not very large, However, we would certainly choose to stay here again!

Clean, comfortable, and functional accommodation, The reality is consistent with the photos, the mattress is of good quality, there is not much to complain about, However, a few details: - there was no trash bag in the kitchen trash can when I arrived, - the curtain on the kitchen side (made of paper?) is not sufficiently opaque and sometimes has trouble unrolling, Apart from that, the apartment is great, Regarding the location of the studio: - in a small street with relatively little traffic so quite calm, However, you can hear the (rare) passing cars/motorcycles, As a precaution, I recommend visitors to bring earplugs, but nothing prohibitive, - the studio is ideally located in a very nice area, 1 minute from the Strasbourg-Saint Denis station, Be careful at night because the surroundings of the station are sometimes frequented by unsavory characters (as in many places unfortunately in Paris) The stairs are quite narrow but nothing extravagant either, I had no trouble going up/down with my big suitcase, Very positive conclusion, the stay went well in this apartment!
