Joffrey's place was fantastic, Cozy, yet inviting, Excellent location with convenient access to all of Paris via République Metro, Easy to stroll a few blocks towards the Marais for plenty of dining options,

I highly recommend Joffrey's CheckMyGuest, My spouse, 3-year-old child and I felt very at ease with the bed and sofa bed, There was a coffee maker and all the necessary items for preparing meals, It was a refreshing change from staying in hotels where we couldn't cook, so we were delighted to be able to do so here at this CheckMyGuest, The bed linens and pillows were exceptionally clean and comfortable! The shower could use a bit more cleaning, but that's my only suggestion, Thanks once again! We will definitely return!

The location is ideal, the place is brand new, tidy and peaceful, We were a group of 4 and it’s certainly too cramped for 4 people, Ideal for a couple, Couldn’t get the stove to work, informed the host and only received a link on how to do it, which I found unsatisfactory as we were unable to cook during our stay, I followed the instructions in the video from the link, but it didn’t help, It would have been great if someone had come to repair it, Apart from that, it was very pleasant,

The surrounding transportation is convenient, so I made a reservation because there are many good restaurants and hot places, The accommodation building was quiet and safe even though it was located on a street with many bars and good restaurants where you can enjoy at night, The owner responded quickly, so there was no inconvenience at all,

We loved the apartment and especially the location! It is one of my favorite areas of Paris and the street where it is located is full of cafes, clothing stores, and boutiques very typical of the Marais, The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and is equipped with everything you need, We went during a heatwave, but for some strange reason, inside it felt like there was a microclimate and it was much cooler than outside, considering there was no air conditioning, We also asked for a fan from the agency managing the CheckMyGuest and that helped, Maybe the only thing we would say is to give some maintenance to the sofa bed mattress, it's probably time to change it, And one day we had a visit from ants but apparently it was our fault for not changing the trash cans that had food, and that's Paris, But it would still be helpful to have a fumigation and insecticide, Still, I insist, the place is worth it, our stay was great, and its location is wonderful!

We had a great time during our stay, One thing that could be improved is to inform guests about the fans in the closet (we discovered them only on our last day), It would also be helpful to mention that the hot water lasts for about one shower (we were a group of 3 and after the 2nd person showered, the hot water was depleted), We enjoyed our stay, but these are some points that could be better communicated, Additionally, we had issues with the TV as we couldn't get it to work, Providing a brief set of instructions on how to operate the TV would be beneficial :) Thank you once again!!

We had a wonderful time in this apartment, It was extremely tidy, conveniently situated near Republique, and remarkably peaceful, The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making sleeping a true delight, The apartment is on the smaller side but perfect for a short stay in Paris, I would definitely come back here!
