Die Wohnung entsprach größtenteils der Beschreibung und den Bildern, jedoch ist sie schon ein wenig abgewohnt und könnte hier und dort eine Renovierung vertragen, Die Ausstattung war ausreichend und unser Aufenthalt war angenehm, Es ist nachts ruhig und es gibt genügend Platz, Man sollte sich jedoch im Klaren sein, dass die Eingangstür direkt ins Wohnzimmer führt und man sich im Erdgeschoss befindet, so dass man in diesem Zimmer nicht lüften kann, da man die Tür direkt zur Straße öffnen muss, (Es gibt allerdings einen Ventilator), Es gibt eine weitere Tür zum angrenzenden Treppenhaus, das könnte ziemlich laut werden, wenn sich dort Menschen aufhalten, Um den Geruch im Bad loszuwerden, kann man gut ständig lüften, das Fenster führt in einen Innenhof und ist gesichert, Alles in allem würde ich die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen, vor allem wegen der Lage und dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in Paris, Man muss nur bereit sein, sich mit ein paar Dingen zu arrangieren,

The apartment was mostly as described and in the pictures, but it is a little worn and could do with a few renovations here and there. The facilities were adequate and our stay was pleasant. It is quiet at night and there is enough space. However, you should be aware that the entrance door leads directly into the living room and you are on the ground floor, so you cannot ventilate this room as you have to open the door directly onto the street. (There is a fan though.) There is another door to the adjoining staircase, which could be quite loud if there are people there. To get rid of the smell in the bathroom, you can ventilate it constantly. The window leads to an inner courtyard and is secured. All in all, I would recommend the accommodation, especially because of the location and the value for money in Paris. You just have to be prepared to come to terms with a few things.

A fantastic location within easy reach of numerous local sights and just a short walk from the local train station, The apartment can be a bit noisy at times being on the ground floor, but this was hardly a problem, Overall, the apartment was quite tidy although there were a few marks on the mattress and couch, We definitely plan to return and it's definitely a great option instead of the nearby hotels,

We were a group of 3 but the apartment could easily accommodate 4 people as the sofa bed is spacious enough for 2 and there was a large double bed, The kitchen was well-equipped with utensils and dishes, Tea and coffee were provided along with a small water bottle for each person, There were plenty of towels available, which was a nice touch, The bathroom was adequate in size, although you had to take turns getting ready due to space constraints, Unfortunately, there was some mold in the shower and the apartment was a bit dusty in places, If you are sensitive to these issues, you may want to consider a different apartment, but it was fine for us! The TV worked well, The apartment was easy to locate and conveniently situated, We could reach the Eiffel Tower in 10-15 minutes and various metro stations in 6-8 minutes, The closest supermarket was just a short walk away, so the location was very convenient, Overall, it was a very pleasant experience!

We absolutely adored our time in Paris, The accommodation is spotless and conveniently located near everything, We definitely plan on returning!!

Beautiful location and near the Eiffel Tower

Nous avons passé plus de 2 heures à essayer d'accéder au logement, les rues et les parkings étaient fermés (feu d'artifice de la tour Eiffel) nous avons fini par marcher avec nos bagages avant de trouver une place de stationnement plus que limitée !!! Nous avions informé de notre heure d'arrivée, 20h) dommage de ne pas avoir reçu d'informations sur la sécurité environnante, dès le lendemain très tôt, nous avons dû déplacer la voiture !! Une petite climatisation dans le salon serait nécessaire, il faisait très chaud pour dormir et impossible de ventiler, les fenêtres de la chambre et de la salle de bains étaient à soufflet à cause d'un chat dans la cour adjacente et au rez-de-chaussée, l'appartement est tel que décrit et nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin à notre arrivée, lits faits, serviettes, café ,,, l'appartement est bien situé, nous avons passé un séjour agréable malgré ces inconvénients,

It was absolutely stunning! The train station was so conveniently located, with a Carrefour just around the corner and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby! A 10-minute walk would lead you to the magnificent Eiffel Tower!!! The accommodation was impeccably clean and cozy! We felt like we belonged, Thanks a lot Joffrey!

Although it was stated that check-in would be possible at 3pm, I was only able to enter the apartment at 5pm because they were cleaning, I arrived late to the Roland Garros game because of this, as I had to wait to leave the bags in the apartment,
