The apartment's location is excellent and it's beautifully designed, It's modern, clean, and stylish, However, there was considerable noise from the bar located directly below the apartment on the first evening, Additionally, the ceiling fan was malfunctioning, resulting in an uncomfortable heat in the loft area despite having the windows open, The host was quick to respond the following day, arranging for building maintenance to examine the problem and supply portable fans, It's worth mentioning that there was no spare toilet paper roll, The check-in and check-out process was smooth,

Gorgeous refurbished flat in an extremely central position,

The hostess is incredibly friendly and kind! The place is completely refurbished and everything seems brand new, I have a heightened sensitivity to bugs and bedbugs, but there were absolutely no problems in that regard, Check in and check out were smooth, and the location is perfect for everything! We didn't realize there were so many stairs to reach the floor, which was initially frustrating,, But it turned into a fun memory from our Paris trip :)

Fantastic stay and apartment, the building could use some improvement,

The apartment was in a perfect location for touring Paris! We walked almost everywhere, The place was fantastic! It was near the metro line, stores, and dining establishments, The flat was extremely clean and cozy for my group of 3 adults, There are two flights of stairs to get to the unit which was not an issue for us, but it might be if you have children or strollers etc, I would certainly return and stay here yet again! Absolutely adored this apartment!

Die Unterkunft sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern, Die Position ist ideal, Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants/Supermärkte sind zu Fuß erreichbar, Leider wird die Wohnung unter dem Apartment derzeit renoviert, Das heißt, es wurde schon früh am Morgen bis etwa 18 Uhr gebohrt und gehämmert und Wände wurden abgerissen, Der Lärm war enorm, Wären wir darüber im Voraus informiert worden, hätten wir uns trotz des großartigen Apartments für eine andere Unterkunft entschieden, Es gab eine kleine Rückerstattung vom Vermieter, Dieser wusste anscheinend nichts von der Renovierung,

The accommodation looks exactly like the pictures, The location is ideal, Many attractions and restaurants/supermarkets are within walking distance, Unfortunately the flat below the apartment is currently being renovated, This means that there was drilling and hammering and walls were being demolished from early in the morning until around 6pm, The noise was enormous, If we had been informed about this in advance, we would have chosen another accommodation despite the great apartment, There was a small refund from the landlord, He apparently knew nothing about the renovation,

The location is great for commuting, both the bus stop and the subway are nearby, The room is exceptionally neat, equipped with a kitchen for simple cooking needs and the necessary utensils are provided, The host is warm-hearted, their communication is prompt, efficient and proactive,

The location is superb! The region is packed with eateries, coffee shops, stores, supermarkets and it's convenient to walk to numerous attractions or utilize public transit, The flat is completely refurbished (so adorable!), neat and well-furnished, Our stay was fantastic!

Incredibly lovely apartment located in an adorable neighborhood with dining, shopping, and subway merely steps away, The apartment boasts high-quality features, stunning decor, and cozy beds,

The location was absolutely perfect and the place was exceptionally clean! We were thrilled at the sight of the decor and cleanliness as soon as we stepped in, It was modern, pristine, and comfy, situated in the most ideal location, The street adjacent to ours was a pedestrian paradise filled with cafes, restaurants, and bakeries, We had dinner at different places three nights, and enjoyed each one, Le Compas, suggested by the host, was perfect for our first dinner in Paris, There's a tip for the upstairs room with the large bed and the single bed, it has a 5ft ceiling, so for someone 6ft tall, changing clothes can be a bit challenging, I ended up changing while seated on the bed, and my wife moved her suitcase downstairs for changing - I should have done the same, In summary, this place is fantastic, We absolutely loved it, The sofa bed is new and my daughters slept comfortably on it, Everything is in great condition and functions perfectly, Everything was clean, The location is just a stone's throw from Sentier metro stop, A tip for Paris - metro visitor tickets/day are by calendar day, not 24hr,

The loft located in the core of Paris offered a fantastic stay! It's even more stunning than in the images, Although the ceiling in the loft/bedroom area is low, the rest of the space is quite ample, The fold-out sofa bed is also cozy, making it an ideal apartment for a group of 3-4 individuals,

Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable! The apartment is truly incredible, It's also in a fantastic location!
