An excellent apartment in Paris! Extremely modern with all amenities, Two women were staying for a ladies' outing, one of whom values her privacy, so it was fantastic to have separate bedroom suites on opposite sides of the apartment, The building was very safe, Beds were comfortable, there was an abundance of hot water, good wardrobe space with ample hangers and storage, and lots of room to move around, The building was peaceful but note that it is located on a slightly noisy street (garbage trucks, late-night revelers, etc,), so pack earplugs if you're a light sleeper, The only problem we encountered was a completely blocked shower on the first morning, which caused the entire bathroom to flood - however, they sent someone to rectify it within minutes, and for the rest of the stay, it was perfect, It's a little far from the main attractions around the Seine, but if you enjoy walking, everything is still within a 20-30 minute radius, Overall, it was a beautiful apartment and we had a wonderful stay!

My family and I lodged in the place and its location was perfect for us! We absolutely enjoyed the place, but wished I was aware of the AC regulation in Paris, The AC is turned off if the outside temperature hits a certain degree and for us, it was slightly warm, If you're unable to sleep with a bit of noise, then you might not be able to open the windows, It's possible I overlooked this in the description as I don't recall seeing it, Despite this, we managed and everything else was just as described, The host was very quick to respond and offered an early check-in at a reasonable cost, This was very beneficial for us since we had a toddler traveling with us, I would suggest this place to those who can do without the AC if the temperature is below 78 degrees Fahrenheit, according to the Paris advisory, The location and the apartment itself are worth the minor inconvenience!

The place was fantastic just as described, Excellent location, roomy, and the design was ideal for my mother and me, The only problem was the cleanliness, There were dishes left in the dishwasher that got moldy, causing a smell, and there were insects flying and crawling around during our entire stay, I accidentally dropped something under the bed and found dust, hair, and garbage left behind by previous guests, If they hire a new cleaning person, this place would easily be a 5-star accommodation,

Joffrey was very quick to respond and the flat was brand new, clean, and had some nice surprises like extra linens, robes, and a spacious layout with all new furnishings, It's on the second floor but there's an elevator so bringing up luggage was no trouble, The instructions for entering seemed a bit complex at first but turned out to be quite simple, We had just come from a luxury hotel and were just as happy with our stay at the apartment! The location is super convenient, close to Printemps, Gallerie Lafayette, and within easy reach of all the attractions in Paris, We will definitely return,
