Unsere Ankunft im Appartement begann nicht unter einem guten Stern, Wir fanden alles so vor, wie es die vorherigen Mieter hinterlassen hatten, es war nicht sauber, die Betten waren nicht gemacht, Müll auf dem Boden usw, Wir waren sehr überrascht darüber, Der sehr freundliche Herr am Telefon hat sich jedoch wirklich bemüht, die Probleme zu beheben, und letztendlich konnten wir vier Stunden später in eine ordentlich gereinigte Wohnung einziehen, Da wir der Meinung sind, dass immer mal etwas schief gehen kann (hier anscheinend teilweiser Ausfall des Reinigungspersonals), aber dass gute Kommunikation und schnelle Lösungen wichtig sind, geben wir trotzdem eine gute Bewertung, Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt genossen, Die Reinigungsgebühr wurde uns als Ausgleich für die Unannehmlichkeiten erstattet, Also alles gut 😊

It is situated in a wonderful area, close to the Metro, supermarkets, and eateries, The flat is located within a secure gated community, making it very safe, even though the neighborhood itself is also very safe, We felt like we were living amongst locals, The beds and bedding are excellent, and the towels are amazing!
