Ideal apartment in an excellent location, The neighborhood is pleasant with a short walk to great eateries, cafes and famous landmarks, The company was quick to respond to our inquiries and resolve any issues in the apartment, However, the apartment is surrounded by bustling noisy streets, If you enjoy sleeping with an open window for fresh air and prefer quiet nights, this might not be the best apartment for you, Also, since the flat is managed by a company, you'll interact with multiple individuals which loses the personal touch of communicating directly with the owner, a feature I enjoy about Airbnb over other platforms, Another downside was the inability to leave our luggage in the apartment post-checkout (checkout is at 10am and check-in at 4pm), Nevertheless, the company suggested a paid service for our luggage which was helpful,

After our initial plans failed, we made a last-minute reservation at this place and we couldn't be happier with our decision! The apartment was roomy and comfortably accommodated 6 people, It was impeccably clean and every room, including the bathrooms, were extremely comfortable, The host was always available and helpful, answering all our queries before and during our visit, The location was simply superb, with a stunning view and just a short stroll away from the Eiffel Tower, In conclusion, our stay was wonderful and well worth the cost!

The location was fantastic! The apartment was well equipped and extremely clean! We appreciated the additional amenities like the child step stool in the bathroom! There were plenty of bath towels! It was perfect for our family of 5!!

We had a great time at this place during our visit to Paris with our three kids, The availability of a washer and dryer was a wonderful convenience, It's just a 10-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Paris, Thanks

The location couldn't be any better, a truly lovely spacious apartment with a view of the Eiffel Tower, There are fantastic restaurants in the area and it's very safe, The apartment had everything we needed for a fantastic weekend away, I would highly recommend it,

This is an excellent place to stay, Ideal location if you want to be near the Eiffel Tower and the most amazing hot chocolate ever! Joffrey was fantastic when we interacted with him, He was prompt and friendly, However, he utilizes a service called checkmyguest, They were awful, They were impolite and unhelpful, We had no sheets on either bed and obtaining them was much more difficult than it should have been, Joffrey eventually arranged for an Uber driver to bring some after numerous phone calls, Joffrey and his accommodations are superb and if Checkmyguest improved, it would have been flawless,

Excellent place and flat

Our experience at Joffrey's place was fantastic, The cleanliness and the breathtaking view of the Eiffel tower from the window were exceptional, The trocedero station was just a short walk away, making exploring the city incredibly convenient, The only hiccup we encountered was on the second night when the elevator in the building malfunctioned, Despite Joffrey's prompt efforts to resolve the issue, we were only there for 4 days and it couldn't be fixed before our departure, Nevertheless, Joffrey was highly communicative and we are grateful for the efforts made to address the problem, (Usually this wouldn't have been a problem for my partner and me, but we were accompanied by our 67-year-old mother and the stairs proved challenging for her, although we managed) In general, I would highly recommend this accommodation, The beds were comfortable, the apartment was spotless and exactly as shown in the pictures, the location was very convenient, and Joffrey proved to be an excellent host! Joffrey allowed us to check in early after I mentioned my mother was unwell, He is always prompt in responding to my messages, The location is just a 2-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and within walking distance to many attractions, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Paris!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, The host was friendly and answered all my questions sincerely, The place was spotless and had all the necessary amenities, The best part was the clean and safe neighborhood, right behind Trocadero Square, making it easy to visit the Eiffel Tower, Plus, you can even see the Eiffel Tower from your room, offering a beautiful view of the illuminated tower at 1 a,m, The only minor issues were the lack of a shelf in the shower and the early removal of the trash can in the morning, making it inconvenient for disposal,

Si estás buscando un lugar para alojarte cerca de la Torre y hacer actividades alrededor, la ubicación es excelente, la torre está a solo 2 calles de distancia, y el apartamento coincide completamente con las fotos mostradas, el anfitrión tuvo un detalle y nos dejó café y té, el apartamento estaba muy limpio y equipado, ¡desde la ventana puedes apreciar la Torre Eiffel!

This place is absolutely amazing!! The location is the top in Paris! Just a 5-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower!! The view from the house is stunning, the place is clean and lovely!! And it's in a safe neighborhood!! I had no issues at all and I am extremely happy with this apartment! I highly recommend it!3

Jeoffrey's place is fantastic and perfectly situated with a view of the Eiffel Tower from every room, The rooms are contemporary and well-furnished, The neighborhood is upscale, peaceful, and secure, The only downside is the check-in process, where the host is unresponsive and fails to mention in the instructions that they must personally hand over the keys,
