We enjoyed our stay immensely, The place is conveniently situated and distant from the busy life of Paris, It's near to Simplon Metro and other metro routes, Despite the main door not locking, we encountered no issues, The neighborhood is easily accessible and in close proximity to a lot of amenities, The accommodation itself was neat and roomy enough for 2 adults, 2 kids, and a toddler, I would strongly suggest this accommodation,

This establishment had exceptional air conditioning compared to the usual Parisian standards, If you visit Paris in the summertime, you'll observe that air conditioning is absent in many places, Being located in the city, it does come with urban noise, The instructions for check-in provided by this AIR BNB are the best I've encountered, replete with detailed photos and guidelines,

The subway was conveniently close, which was wonderful, We got there early and the key was exactly where it was supposed to be, but the room hadn't been cleaned yet, The cleaning staff arrived about half an hour later and was very pleasant, We left early the next day for our activities, but when we returned, we noticed a blue mark on the lock box and fresh towels in our room, I was dissatisfied that they entered our room with all our belongings there without any prior notice, I inquired if they would do the same the next day, but they didn't answer my question, (They didn't return during our stay,) When we were leaving, we were unclear about the garbage disposal, They instructed us to put it on the 1st floor (where there was nothing) or outside in the dumpster, There was no dumpster, either, Despite these minor issues, this was a fantastic place to stay, If we ever revisit Paris, we would choose to stay here again,
