The apartment was just as advertised, complete with all the listed amenities, It’s in a fantastic spot, with two metro stations just a short walk away, The host was incredibly accommodating and always on hand to help, I would definitely stay here again!

This location is superb, nestled right on the champs elysees with a metro stop just a few blocks away, Each room was generously sized and featured its own shower and vanity, with two communal toilets, Everything was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, The photos accurately reflect the property, However, one downside was the lobby/entrance area, There was a lack of lighting which made it feel slightly eerie at night, Additionally, a homeless individual slept in the lobby in the mornings, We had a male companion with us, so this wasn't too concerning, but it could be for solo female travelers, Despite this, we had an excellent stay, and it would be an ideal choice for large groups!

The location was ideal for our family vacation! The accommodation provided ample rooms and sufficient space for all six of us, However, the showers posed a problem - we couldn't keep the water from spilling out and it caused flooding in every bathroom, Despite informing the manager, no one came to fix the issue, Consequently, every time someone took a shower, the bathroom would flood and we had to spread out towels to soak up the excess water, This was disappointing - considering the amount we paid, we shouldn't have to deal with such water-related problems, It's a simple issue to rectify, Apart from this, the apartment was excellent and met our needs perfectly,

Our stay was truly enjoyable, The apartment was large enough to comfortably house our family of six adults, Its location was superb - near the metro, eateries, and shopping outlets, Street noise was a concern but it turned out to be a non-issue, Ziad from Checkmyguest was very prompt in responding to our queries and concerns throughout our week-long stay, I would definitely suggest this place to others,

Our stay was delightful, The flat is situated in a fantastic location close to restaurants and sights, We managed to check in very early, which was greatly appreciated, Joffrey and his team were prompt and welcoming, There is a washer/dryer combination machine, but it takes a considerable amount of time to complete a cycle and it is quite small, The apartment features three showers and two toilets, Due to the lack of ventilation, there is a distinct odor in the apartment, Opening the windows helped alleviate this issue, Additionally, there were two large garbage bins outside the apartment entrance, emitting a foul odor upon our arrival, Although the trash had not been collected, this was not Joffrey's responsibility, While we felt secure throughout our stay, on the final day, we encountered a homeless individual sleeping near the street exit, We had to carefully navigate around him, The apartment was roomy and the beds were cozy,

Enjoyed my time with my family, will definitely make a reservation again,

Jeffrey's place is amazing, Just a few minutes away from many great restaurants and shops on Champ Elysees and the surrounding area, It is also within a convenient walking distance to major landmarks such as the Louvre, Opera, Eiffel Tower, and a 5-minute walk to the arc de triomphe, The management team was absolutely wonderful, They were easy to contact and always ready to assist with any queries, A special shoutout to Paula for accommodating our early check-in request and being readily available, There is currently construction happening in the building, but it is quiet and located on lower floors, so it doesn't affect the upper floors much, although it could impact the elevator's operation, I recommend checking with the team to ensure the elevator is functioning properly, Overall, a fantastic experience and highly recommended,

Excellent location close to many shops, restaurants, and activities, 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with showers, Please note there are only 2 toilets, The air conditioning works well, which is crucial on hot days, Charming kitchen, We felt very at ease with 3 guests, Make sure to inspect the supplies as most places I have visited have an abundance of toilet paper, laundry pods, and paper towels, We had to purchase these items, The main problem is that the building is currently undergoing construction, We were not informed beforehand, The lobby appeared somewhat intimidating/abandoned when we arrived, Additionally, it is a mixed-use building with another apartment (I believe), businesses, and empty floors, One morning, we were startled by loud banging/work at 8 am! There were numerous workers in the elevators, which made it uncomfortable when I needed to leave by myself, We encountered an issue where a window had been left open at night by previous tenants, Maintenance arrived the next morning and entered without knocking, We installed a door guard, I would consider staying again once the building is finished,

Pros, This apartment was in a great location, The beds were comfortable and there were extra pillows available, It had most of the essentials such as a washer, salt, pepper, and some toilet paper, However, there were some drawbacks, It appears that the management of this place is handled by multiple individuals within a management company, resulting in a lack of coordination, Throughout our stay, there was ongoing construction that started early in the morning, disturbing our sleep, The eight flights of stairs were messy due to the construction, and the elevator was out of order for a significant part of our visit, forcing us to climb the stairs, Despite raising concerns about the elevator multiple times, the responses were inconsistent and it seemed like there were communication issues within the management team, Considering the inconveniences caused by the construction and the broken elevator, the price charged for this accommodation did not seem justified,
