Our group of four had a flawless stay, The accommodation had ample space, beddings, and so forth for our group, and the place's location was superb, While entering or exiting the building could be slightly challenging, the guidelines were quite explicit, so we encountered no significant problems, We certainly would love to stay here again if we ever return to Paris!

The accommodation was centrally located with numerous activities around Opera, Ideal for accessing trains, buses and the Luxury mall, The apartment was spacious enough for our family of three, but there were several damaged floor boards that we nearly hurt ourselves on, and a noticeable sewage odor when entering which you quickly get used to, Without the issue of the floor boards and the smell, it would have been a 5 star experience, I would still consider staying here in the future when we visit Paris again,

We appreciated our stay in one of the few accommodations in Paris with 4 individual beds and 2 washrooms, The location was excellent and most places were within walking distance,

The location was so good that we mostly walked around during the trip, It was good for 4 people to travel with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the house was spacious compared to France, so it was very comfortable, And it was safe because we had to use four passwords! It was a bit noisy because it was on a main road, but it seemed like central heating, Still, it was a satisfactory place,

Nice facilities, many nearby dining options, Within walking distance to Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, Palais Garnier, Louvre, It was a bit snug for the 7 of us (4 adults and 3 children ages 11, 8, 5), but it was manageable, The beds were extremely cozy, We loved being able to open the windows and listen to the sounds of Paris around us, Like others have mentioned, there are 4 doors each requiring a different code, but we made sure to jot them all down and snap a photo, so it was fairly easy to maneuver, There is an adorable creperie right across the street for breakfast!

The flat is just as described, perfectly situated, roomy, secure and well equipped, We spent a week there and had an overall pleasant experience with a few hiccups:br/br/The air conditioning wasn't functioning when we arrived, we reported it right away but a technician wasn't dispatched until the following morning, Communication with the property manager was efficient during the week but lacking on Sundays, br/br/We were expecting some noise based on previous reviews mentioning that the flat wasn't quiet, To our surprise, it was actually quite peaceful by Paris standards, As long as you keep the windows shut and the air conditioning running, it's relatively quiet and cozy, The central location is unbeatable!br/br/The multiple access codes for the flat provide a sense of security, although at times it's tricky to open the door from the inside, We got stuck inside a few times and had to figure out the lock, br/br/It would be beneficial to have mattress protectors as they currently use flat sheets that tend to move around at night, The washer/dryer combo was excellent and very practical! The kitchen is fully equipped and even had some complimentary coffee pods, It would have been nice to have some paper towels on hand, There's an ample supply of bedding and towels but limited toilet paper,br/br/The front of the flat is well-lit and offers a pleasant view of the street, The second bedroom is a bit dim due to its small window, but it does have a nice full bathroom attached, For extended stays, it would be convenient to have a small vacuum cleaner or at least a mop for floor cleaning,br/br/Despite the resolved issues, we enjoyed a pleasant and cozy stay!

A very cozy apartment located right on the street that separates the 2nd and 9th arrondissements, It is compact yet practical, and our family of 4 found it to be a good fit, The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms were modern, and the decor was tasteful and contemporary, The neighborhood appeared safe, and as mentioned by others, there are 4 doors with access codes to enter the apartment, The apartment door itself has a self-locking mechanism, which caused us some confusion when trying to leave after arrival and getting locked out, Thankfully, the emergency contact number was effective, and the company swiftly delivered a physical key via Uber within 15-20 minutes, allowing us to re-enter, While the phone contact was reliable, communication via text was inconsistent, We encountered a minor issue with slow-draining sinks, which was promptly resolved, The area has a somewhat business-like feel with numerous restaurants and nearby metro stations, Compared to our previous 2 CheckMyGuest stays on this 2-week trip, this one felt the most impersonal and lacked sufficient general guidance to enhance our experience,

We had a wonderful time during our stay in this extremely clean and safe apartment! The efficient air conditioning was a particular highlight as we were there during a heatwave, The accommodation was very cozy for our family of four, Our teenage son slept on one of the sofa beds and found it to be comfortable, Additionally, the location was ideal,,, very central and in close proximity to the Paris Opera, Galeries Lafayette, and Printemps, It is within walking distance to the Louvre, near a convenient metro station, and easily accessible from CDG airport thanks to a direct bus service with a stop just a couple of blocks away, There were also numerous bakeries and Starbucks nearby for breakfast, We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment!

Nice apartment, very central, a stone's throw from the Opera, There were 8 of us and we were well settled, Two small remarks, there is a lack of blackout curtain on a window in the living room, you need to be used to sleeping with light, The living room and one of the two bedrooms are facing the street and there can be noise disturbances, Otherwise cleanliness is okay and the access system to the apartment by code is very practical, We had an excellent weekend there,

This was an excellent place to stay, We only stayed for one night, but this is an area we enjoy staying in near the opera house, Convenient access to the subway for getting around, There is a parking garage nearby, The apartment was roomy, Naturally, there is some street noise at night, but it's Paris after all, what more can you expect, It didn't bother us,

This flat is in a fantastic location and the images are exactly what you see! I am truly amazed! Parking outside is quite pricey (75 euros for 6 hours), however, there are numerous private parking options that are better, even though you may need to walk a short distance, Not a major issue! Note: remember to bring soap, shampoo, and extra toilet paper as there is limited supply in the apartment,
