Top vakantie gehad! Het huisje is vrij modern en voorzien van alle comfort, alleen de eetstoelen binnen zijn aan vernieuwing toe. Bij aankomst was het huis zeer proper. De locatie is vrij rustig (in september). De tuin biedt heel wat privacy en de oversteek maakt het comfortabel dat je zowel bij hete temperaturen als bij minder goed weer buiten kan zitten in de lounge of aan tafel. De Intermarché (supermarkt) in Magalas is maar op paar minuten rijden. Ook een goeie uitvalsbasis om verschillende stadjes te bezoeken (Béziers) als ook de kust (Valras-Plage, Cap d'Agde. Wat onze vakantie ook compleet maakte was het verwarmde zwembad, dat is genieten. Dus een aanrader!!! Enige nadeel is de regeling van de vuilnis, in containerpark zijn ze niet zo vriendelijk als je met uw vuilnis komt.
