Hiking, bike rides, wine routes, markets, discovery of the villages and sites of Périgord, you have a lot to do here. The closest restaurants and shops are located 10 minutes from the property, as is the train station (Bordeaux/Périgueux line. Bergerac is a 45-minute drive, Saint Emilion 35 minutes and Bordeaux 1 hour. Supervised swimming at the Lac de Gurson leisure center (Blue Flag) 10 minutes away. Possibility of discovery walks in the estate's vineyards with the winemaker.
Inside, the accommodation is fully and comfortably equipped, kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom and separate toilet. Household and bed linen provided. A fireplace is available for a good fire when the season is right.

Voor ons was dit huis perfect! We hebben er niets op aan te merken. De locatie is erg mooi, veel groen en vlakbij bos, met veel ruimte om het huis, mooi uitzicht. Goede basis om mooie steden te bezoeken, te fietsen of te wandelen. Het is er stil en donker. Een sfeervol en behagelijk huis met veel ruimte. Leuke woonkamer en slaapkamers. Fantastische woonkeuken! Alles even schoon en stijlvol ingericht. De verhuurders zijn ook nog eens ontzettend aardig. Wij geven een dikke tien en bevelen dit huis van harte aan!

Leuke gite, wel wat verouderd en niet superschoon. De tuin, ligging en omgeving maken echter heel veel goed. Aardige eigenaren en een leuke ontvangst. Rustige omgeving maar toch best leuke dingen in de omgeving om te ontdekken,

Beste familie Decker, dank u voor uw mening over onze verhuur, dit huis is een oud wijnbouwershuis, dat is gerestaureerd met behoud van de landelijke geest, maar het heeft alle moderne comfort zoals u kon zien, en de foto's van de site bevestigen het. We verhuren al 13 jaar, en we maken er een erezaak van om de plaats schoon te houden. Er is ons echter een detail ontgaan, en we verontschuldigen ons daarvoor en zullen dubbel zo alert zijn bij het wisselen van reizigers.
