They are grouped in courtyards and surrounded by centuries-old trees. The history and natural wealth of the area are perfectly reflected in the holiday park. The park is partly enclosed by a castle wall and shares the atmosphere of the historic town of Bad Bentheim. The Earldom of Bad Bentheim is a sloping wooded area. You will enjoy total tranquillity here. You can enjoy delightful walks and cycle rides amidst beautiful scenery. The rich history of the fort and other places of interest in the area are worth discovering. If you are looking for more entertainment, cities such as Münster and Osnabrück are only a short distance from the park.
Directly opposite the park, you can visit the municipal indoor swimming pool with children's pool and the outdoor pool with various play facilities. Admission to the pool is free for park guests
Distinctive Villa with Garden
This charming villa in Bad Bentheim features original architecture, blending seaside and traditional country-house styles with half-timbered details. Ideal for up to five guests, it offers three bedrooms with single beds, two bathrooms (one with shower and sauna, one with bathtub and shower), a living room with cable TV, and a fully equipped kitchen including coffee machine, microwave, and dishwasher. Laundry amenities with washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Guests can relax on the furnished terrace or in the private garden, and dedicated parking adds convenience. Pets are welcome (max 1, fee applies; mention at booking).

Specifics
- The 12 and 14 person family villas, DE-48455-15 and DE-48455-16, have 5 or 6 bedrooms.
- Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 22.
- Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.
- It’s not allowed for companies to make bookings for employees who will stay with other reason than recreation.
- The exterior and interior of the houses may differ from the photos. This is because there are several versions of the houses.
- Directly opposite the park you can go to the municipal indoor swimming pool with children's pool and the outdoor pool with various play possibilities. For park guests, access to the swimming pool is free.
- From Monday 18 September to Sunday 24 September, the Badepark swimming pool will be closed due to maintenance work.
- You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately
- Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
- This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
- Pets will be allowed on request only and a mandatory final cleaning fee applies
- Pets need to be mentioned during the booking process due to limited availability

Sehr in die jahre gekommene Unterkunft, hätte Modernisierung dringend nötig.. Klo Spülungen fallen ausseinander Waschbecken tropfen… wenig Geschirr/besteck… bisher unser schlechtestes Ferienhaus

Boek nooit bij BELVILLA. Het is een erg onprofessioneel bedrijf. Annuleert zonder reden 24 van te voren vakanties Helpen je niet en geven geen alternatief. Belvilla verstopt zich achter 1 telefoonnr en incapable mensen. NOOIT MEET BELVILLA

Das Haus ist mitten im Grünen. Ich genieße die Ruhe und frische Luft. Wenn ich Fragen habe, werde ich an der Information immer gut informiert. Der Fahrradverleih und das Schwimmbad mit Wellnessbereich, lässt auch keine Wünsche offen.

Huisje in de schaduw met nergens in de buurt van het huisje zon. Slecht geoutilleerde keuken. Reclame van Belvilla beloofd klasse, dit was een standaard-huisje op een gigantisch park. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar!

Het was heerlijk. Leuke omgeving. Midgetgolven in het dorp en naar het kasteel zijn echt aan te raden. De matrassen in het huisje waren voor ons helaas een ramp.. En we zijn geplaatst in een rook huisje. Maar we hadden lastminute geboekt.

Prima vakantiehuisje, maar over de bank en de bedden waren we niet tevreden. In zo'n luxe huisje verwacht je betere bedden. Verder was het interieur prima en de ligging/buitenkant van het huisje waren super. De schoonmaak was redelijk, de keuken en badkamer konden beter. Al met al vinden we de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding voldoende. Voor gezinnen met kinderen waren er veel activiteiten en ook de natuurliefhebber kan zich hier prima vermaken (mooie omgeving). Het kasteel van Bad Bentheim is ook echt een aanrader.

Wij gebruikten dit huis als uitvalsbasis (en rustoord) tijdens onze etappes van het Marskramerpad (vanuit Bad Bentheim richting Oldenzaal, en richting Rheine). Prima plek hiervoor!

das haus war sehr schön ,hatten für 5 Personen 2 Bäder,es fehlte 1 Bett ,ist aber schnell aufgebaut worden.Im Grossen und ganzen war es ein schöner urlaub

Bij onze afwezigheid zijn er mensen van roompot in ons verblijf geweest. Toen we ons beklag er over deden werd dat afgedaan het was de TD maar. Het restaurant was in ons beleving slecht met onvriendelijk personeel de goede buiten laten.
