The apartment is poorly maintained, for example towel racks and skirting boards that were hanging loose. Not enough sockets and kitchen equipment was connected via extension cords (which is not really safe). We also had a lot of trouble with wasps, so we couldn't sit on the balcony. The apartment was also not very clean. The surroundings are beautiful, beautiful views, nice playground and nice parking garage that you can use for free (from the municipality) and the receptionist is friendly.
