Mooi, ruim en schoon huis met nieuwe bedden. Woonkamer vooral praktisch ingericht, met alleen verlichting aan de plafonds (niet dimbaar) een leunstoel voor tv-kijken en sfeerverlichting zouden fijn zijn. Huis ligt direct aan de straat in een klein dorpje, maar het was er erg rustig. Met de hond loop je zo het veld in of naar het bos. Omgeving leent zich goed voor uitstapjes met de auto of wandelingen in de bossen.

Beautiful, spacious and clean house with new beds. Living mostly functional, with only lights on the ceiling (not dimmable) an armchair for watching TV and mood lighting would be fine. House is directly across the street in a small village, but it was very rustig.Met dog walk right onto the field or into the bos.Omgeving is well suited for trips by car or walks in the woods.

Die Villa Bavaria hält was sie verspricht. Wir haben hier zu siebt inkl. Hund 4 wunderschöne Tage erlebt, obwohl das Wetter durchwachsen war. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und sauber. Bettwäsche und Geschirrtücher sowie Zewa und sogar einige Lebensmittel waren vor Ort. Wir wurden mit einer Flasche Wein begrüßt und unser Hund bekam auch ein Leckerli. Da fühlt man sich gleich willkommen. Die Sauna im Keller hat uns den verregneten Abend gerettet. Die Verwalterin war sehr sympathisch. Unsere Teenager-Kinder waren über das freie W-Lan sehr erfreut) Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

The Villa Bavaria keeps its promises. We have seven of VAT. Dog 4 wonderful days experienced, although the weather was mixed. The premises are very attractively decorated and clean. Bed and kitchen linen and Zewa and even some foods were on site. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and our dog was also a treat. Because they made us feel welcome. The sauna in the basement saved us the rainy evening. The manager was very personable. Our teenage children were over the free WiFi very pleased) All in all a very successful holiday. We would go back anytime.

Belvilla in Teunz is n gerieflijk en knus huis. Wij waren met zijn zevenen en dat ging prima. Na n dag buiten was er binnen de heerlijke houtkachel. Het huis is super compleet. Veel mooie natuur.

Belvilla in Teunz n is comfortable and cozy home. We were seven and that went fine. After one day off there was in a lovely fireplace. The house is super complete. Many beautiful nature.

het huisje is heel mooi en volledig in hout wat zijn charme heeft voor de omgeving. de ligging was wat minder je moest al een aantal km verder rijden wou je iets gezien hebben maar zeker de moeite om eens te gaan een aanrader

The cottage is very nice and completely in wood which has its charm to the surroundings. The location was less you had to drive a few km further you wanted to have seen something but surely the effort to go and recommended

onze vakantie in de vakantiewoning was perfect de ligging is uniek, het huis is gezellig, mooi en nieuw van uitzicht. we hebben in de buurt veel kunnen bezichtigen, kunnen ontspannen, je kan er mooi wandelen en het dorp is heel mooi, authentiek en rustig.

Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Objekt, in dem es sich sehr gut relaxen läßt. Durch den rel. großen Garten kann man sich auch bei Vollbesetzung des Hauses gut zurückziehen. Bei sehr heißer Witterung sind die oberen Räume schon recht warm. Hier wäre ein weiteres Fenster mit Fliegengitter in jedem der beiden oberen Zimmern zur besseren Durchlüftung in der Nacht von Vorteil.

All in all a very beautiful object in which it can relax very well. Due to the rel. large garden you can even at full occupation of the house well zurückziehen.Bei very hot weather the upper rooms are quite warm. Here would be another window with fly screen in each of the two upper rooms for better ventilation at night beneficial.

Het is een prachtig huis in een mooie omgeving. Alleen zijn wij in november hier geweest en is er in de omgeving weinig te beleven. Het is een prachtige rustige omgeving met heel veel wandelmogelijkheden.

Wij zijn met 5 personen 2 weken in het vakantiehuis geweest het was een prima huis wij hadden voor dit huis gekozen omdat het een lux huis was volgen de boeking en dat was ook zo omgeving was heerlijk rustig dat was ook de bedoeling de eigenaar was een zeer vriendelijke man. Dit was voor ons de 1e keer met Belvilla onze volgende vakantie wordt weer Belvilla bedankt voor een prettig verblijf. Met vriendelijke groet Wijnand en Ineke van Harn

We are 5 people with 2 weeks in the house was it was a great house we had chosen for this house because the house was a luxury and that was to follow the booking area was so quiet that was the intention of the owner was a very friendly man. Prima plaats om bij te komen van de hectiek van alle dag. Dit deel van zuid oost Duitsland is qua uitdaging in de omgeving wl een beetje saai, maar met kleine(re) kinderen prima. Altijd grote zwembaden op een half uurtje en overal goede restaurantjes.

Great place to unwind from the hectic pace of everyday life. This part of south east Germany in terms of challenge in the area wl a bit boring, but with small (er) children fine. Always great pools at half an hour and good restaurants everywhere.

Het is zeer mooi huis dat geschikt is voor alle soorten gezelschappen. Het huis is mooi, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook de ligging (aan de rand van het dorpje fuchsberg) is goed. Het huis is een prima uitvalsbasis voor bezoeken aan Regensburg, Praag en andere mooie steden en dorpjes in de buurt. Ook de natuur in de omgeving is schitterend. Aanrader is een tochtje ( uurtje rijden) naar het Felsenlabyrinth in Luisenberg.

It is very beautiful house suitable for all types of companies. The house is beautiful, clean and fully equipped. Also the location (on the outskirts of the village fuchs mountain) is good. The house is a great base for visits to Regensburg, Prague and other beautiful towns and villages nearby. The surrounding nature is beautiful. Recommend a trip (hour drive) to the Felsenlabyrinth in Luis Mountain.

Unserer ganzen Familie - 6 Erw. und 1 Kind, hat es super gut gefallen. Sehr sauber und gemütlich.
