De villa was super gezellig en had al het basis spul, Echt fijn om bij het meer te chillen en gewoon te ontspannen

Super endroit pour un groupe d'escapade ! Beaucoup d'espace pour tout le monde, et la cuisine était parfaite pour cuisiner des repas ensemble, Les restaurants à proximité valent également le détour, surtout Casa Ruscello !

We had a great time at the villa, It was spacious, clean, and the indoor pool was a nice touch, Loved cooking in the kitchen, everything we needed was there, Just wish the WiFi was a bit faster

Wir waren jetzt im September in Heimbach, Resort Eifeler Tor mit 7 Personen im Belvilla. Die Häuser und die Anlage sind sehr schön. Die Umgebung phantastisch. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Bäder allerdings nicht (bei 7 Personen und 4 Tagen sind eine Rolle Toilettenpapier/Bad zu wenig). Was uns ganz und gar nicht gefallen hat war die Sauberkeit. Die Häuser sind sehr ungepflegt und nicht wirklich geputzt. Überall Spinnweben und "tote Tierchen" in den Ecken :-( Wenn von den Gästen 160€ für eine Endreinigung gezahlt wird, dann kann man schon erwarten, in ein sauberes und gepflegtes Haus zu kommen. Was die Gastronomie in der Anlage betrifft, so ist auch hier noch einiges verbesserungswürdig. Vor allem der Service. Wir haben jetzt noch einmal Belvilla am Gardasee im Oktober gebucht und hoffen, dass es hier besser ist.

We were now in September in Heimbach, Resort Eifeler Tor with 7 people in the Belvilla. The houses and the complex are very beautiful. The surroundings are fantastic. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bathrooms, however (for 7 people and 4 days, one roll of toilet paper / bathroom is not enough). What we didn't like at all was the cleanliness. The houses are very neglected and not really cleaned. Everywhere cobwebs and "dead animals" in the corners :-( If the guests pay 160 € for a final cleaning, then you can expect to come to a clean and well-kept house. As far as the gastronomy in the complex is concerned Here, too, there is still a lot of room for improvement, especially the service. We have now booked Belvilla on Lake Garda again in October and hope that it will be better here.

De beheerder van Dormio resort eifeler tor Dhr. Johan van Dam is een slecht gastheer. Hij luistert niet naar zijn klanten en stelt zich bijzonder klantonvriendelijk op. Pas op boek hier niet want als Dhr. van Dam ter plaatse vind dat u niet op “zijn” park thuis hoort stuurt hij u zonder restitutie weer naar huis.

The manager of Dormio resort eifeler tor Mr. Johan van Dam is a bad host. He does not listen to his customers and is very customer-unfriendly. Beware do not book here because if Mr. van Dam on the spot thinks that you do not belong at "his" park, he will send you home without refund.

Super mooi park. Vriendelijke mensen. Leuke omgeving.

Very nice park. Friendly people. Nice environment.

Zeer slechte muren. Je kon alles horen, al zat je een film te kijken er word gewaarschuwd voor overlast en zaten te dreigen dat we midden in de nacht van het park zouden afgestuurd konden worden.

Very bad walls. You could hear everything, even though you were watching a movie, there were warnings about nuisance and threatening that we could be sent off from the park in the middle of the night.
