Appartement ligt op begaande grond: eigen ingang; keuken goed uitgerus; woon/slaapkamer helaas geen lekkere bank of stoel om te zitten alleen keuken tafel in keuken, goed bed; badkamer met douche toilet en wastafel en wasmachine, alleen geen droogrek. Appartement goed schoon en netjes alleen wat donker.. Nadeel ligt aan een redelijk drukke doorgaande weg en buitenzitje is ook aan de weg. Voordeel appartement is lekker koel in hete zomer. Vanuit appartement leuke wandelingen te maken en vriendelijk gastvrouw.
