With its one hundred square meters, the apartment offers plenty of space and is tastefully furnished. The terrace is a nice retreat for sunbathing in fine weather and a cozy place for grilling in the evenings. The municipality of Südbrookmerland is located on the Great Sea, the fourth largest inland lake in Lower Saxony, and has a direct climatic influence from the North Sea Numerous nature reserves and landscape protection areas as well as old avenue trees and oaks characterize the beautiful landscape with its numerous cycling and hiking trails.A good infrastructure, excursion destinations such as Aurich, Emden and Norden and of course the coastal towns on the North Sea make the region so attractive for holidaymakers.
