Serene Stay by the Moselle

We had a wonderful stay here at the moezel. I made a mistake with the booking data, but Anca solved the problem for us and was super friendly and helpful. The house was perfect as well!

First of all the house itself and the host are amazing. Nice place to spend a weekend. But watch out for Belvilla as booking company. First they stated in the advertention the house has AC. It didn't. When 1 day before the trip we realized it after a talk with the host the company suggested a tiny compensation of 85 euro. When the trip ended and we didn't receive the restitution. The reaction to my mail was our policy has changed, please apply for your insurance.

Mooie locatie, ruim huis, vriendelijke ontvangst. Enige minpuntje is dat we nergens in de omschrijving gelezen hebben dat de grote slaapkamer beneden alleen te bereiken is via de andere slaapkamer.

Beautiful location, spacious house, friendly reception. Only downside is that we did not read anywhere in the description that the large bedroom downstairs can only be reached via the other bedroom.

Vi havde en fantastisk tid i Serene Holiday Home! Stedet er super rummeligt, og vi satte virkelig pris på det fuldt udstyrede køkken, Det var dejligt at have aircondition i de varme dage, Haven var perfekt til vores grill-aftener! Den eneste ulempe var, at WiFi var lidt langsomt, men ærligt talt var vi for optaget af at nyde udendørslivet til at bekymre os meget om det

The Ferienhaus mit Moselblick is a nice and complete house. The house had everything you need from an extensive range of kitchen supplies to a hairdryer. However, communication with the owners can be improved. Although the owner was easily available, communication in English was difficult as she only spoke German and another language. Secondly, we booked during a heavy rainfall period, which the owner could not do anything about. However, I believe communication regarding where to park the car, if we or the house and us as guests were still okay would be hospitable as the river across from the house had flooded up to the driveway of the house.
