Das Haus versprüht den Charme der neunziger Jahre, alles ist ein wenig aus der Zeit gefallen und durch viele Hände gegangen. Von der Sauberkeit her ist auch noch Luft nach oben, man möchte Besteck und Co lieber selber noch ein Mal abwaschen. Insgesamt ist alles recht rustikal, aber zweckmäßig gehalten.

War als „XXL Haus am Meer „ in der Anschrift betitelt, das war es auch- wir hatten Platz für 8 Erwachsener und 3 Kinder + 2 Hunden- leider etwas schwer zu finden , da die HausNummerierungen etwas eigenwillig waren- besser zu finden als „Haus Kiwitt „!!! Hatten aber einen großen Garten mit gutem Auslauf für die Kinder und Hunde- insgesamt zu empfehlen-gab am Anreisetag nur eine Doppelbelegung, die aber sich schnell aufklärte
